Your account is central to working with ACE. ACE supports multiple ways to log in to the ACE platform and secure your account.
Concepts
So what are all these terms we use in ACE?
Environment (tenant)
Your ACE account is linked to your corporate ACE environment, also known as a tenant. To log in to ACE, you must first enter the name of your tenant. If you forgot the name of your tenant, contact your tenant admin or Incentro via ace-support@incentro.com.
TIP: Bookmark your ACE dashboard once you logged in, your ACE environment name is linked to the URL.
Authentication
We currently support two different log-in options for our ACE users.
- Username / password
- Google log-in
To use Google log-in, make sure the Google account you are using has the same email address as your ACE user. If you try logging in with a Google account that does not have the same email address as your ACE account, authentication will fail and access to ACE is denied.
Your profile
Your ACE profile contains the minimal amount of information we need from you to secure your account and give you access to the correct ACE environment. You can edit:
- Your name
- Your phone number
What you can not edit:
- Your email address
- Your ACE role
Multi Factor Authentication
To increase the security of your ACE account, it is possible that you or your ACE administrator has enabled Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for your account. When you try to log in with MFA enabled, we will send a verification code via SMS. Enter the verification code in the login process to log in to your ACE account.
We currently only support Multi Factor Authentication via SMS. When you enable MFA, make sure your phone number is correct. Locking yourself out of your ACE account is a possibility. Your ACE user admin can disable multi factor authentication if you locked yourself out.

Changing your profile information
You can change some of your profile information via ACE.
- In your ACE environment, click in the top right on your name and then on Profile.
- Make changes to your profile. NOTE: Phone number must be valid and include the country code
- Leave the password field empty
- Click on SUBMIT to save your changes
Enabling Multi factor authentication
To increase the security on your ACE account, you can turn on Multi Factor Authentication.
- In your ACE environment, click in the top right on your name and then on Profile.
- Make sure your phone number is correct. NOTE: Phone number must be valid and include the country code
- Toggle the Multi Factor Authentication slider to the right.
- MFA is enabled immediatly, it is not necessary to click on the submit button. You could be signed out automatically.
Changing your password
If you want to use a different password for your ACE account, you can change your password via your profile.
- In your ACE environment, click in the top right on your name and then on Profile.
- Enter a new password in the password field.
- Click on SUBMIT to set your new password.
Forgot your password
Your ACE user admin can reset your password for you. If you locked yourself out of your ACE environment, contact ace-support@incentro.com
Locked out of account
Locking yourself out of your ACE account is a possibility when your phone number is incorrect and Multi Factor Authentication is turned on. Your ACE user admin can disable multi factor authentication if you locked yourself out. If you locked yourself out of your ACE environment, contact ace-support@incentro.com
